Over the years of my blogging experience I have been asked many times on how a blogger can increase his or her productivity to do Effective blogging. I hereby present a three part series that can help you increase your Productivity more than 10 times to do fast and effective blogging:

1.) Dedicate Your Time: Take some time in your day where you would only focus on writing articles. Switch off the major distractions like IMs or emails in that period. Write 2-3 posts a day in this dedicated time. While post the first one and keep other two scheduled. This way your work on next two days is reduced and you can utilize your time in more research for your niches.

2.) Schedule your Posts: This is by far the most effective feature available with both Wordpress and Blogger. Scheduling your posts not free up your daily burden to update blog but also helps you in odd situations. The odd situation can an internet failure at your side or your server downtime. But scheduling your post means that you are saving your time to post each day. Plus also becoming more effective in doing more research on your niche.

3.) Avoid Manual Work: As you are in a digital world of blogging you must learn the art to maximize your potential using some effective softwares. Firefox is by far the best browser for bloggers. Here are some points on how to automate your work:
A.) Instead of taking Screen-Shots of the product you are explaining use DashBlog or Snag It. This way you dont have to copy the taken screen shot (via Print Screen Method) and paste it other software like MS paint. Dashblog will automatically save you screenshots you take in PNG format which you can import in your blog post.
B.) If you are a twitter User TwitterFeed to update your twitter rather than wasting your time to manually post your updates on twitter.

4.) Use Google Alerts: Use Google Alerts to get the latest buzz on your Niche rather than wasting your own time to find the information on it. Google Alerts will bring the latest for you o your topic to which will help you save your time. You can wirte the lates about your niche in less time which make you counter productive.

5.) Use Videos: A video is more effective in explaining your thoughts. It would be more easy for both you and your reader to visualize your post. Another advantage of using videos is that it will take up the extra writing space of your post which will save your time in writing.
