Over the years of my blogging experience I have been asked many times on how a blogger can increase his or her productivity to do Effective blogging. I hereby present this three part series that can help you increase your Productivity more than 10 times to do fast and effective blogging. We have already done Part-I. You can read How to increase your Productivity 10 times as a blogger for Effective Blogging - I and here we go in continuation and present Part-II:
6.) Record Your Ideas: This technique is certainly the most effective solution to mind map your ideas. If you do not have habit to write for longer periods this will help you gain more. Just record your audio ideas so that later in the day you can listen them to make the post. This way you will increase you productivity on a very high note as none of your ideas are lost.
Plus another advantage of this technique is that you will also gain experience in audio recording. So once you are comfortable in recording your won then you can save your long times of writing my making an audio post each day. Same way this technique will enhance your skills to start video posting on self made videos. You save a lot of time in writing and hence increase you productivity.
7.) Use Mind Mapping: The new and good way of mind mapping is already been discussed in point6 of audio recording your voice. Another good mind mapping technique is writing or jotting your ideas down. This old school technique is very effective and your friend in traveling times. Whenever you are on a trip always keep a notepad with you. Just jot down any ideas you get on your niche.
You will be a lot of difference in your productivity when you next time sit in front of your PC that you only have to write the ideas you jotted and no pressure of making in depth analysis. Also you will be freed from boring journey time.
8.) Focus Your Niche: As the wise men say that:”One must back his/her strengts rahter than looking on other weaknesses“. This quote is a perfect for serious blogging becayse people tend to lose their focus easily whe they see no traffic or revenue out of their articles. Many also have bad notions that what you write is not right? just take that barrier out of your mind.
If you are good in health niche stick to that rather than becoming a techology evangelist. As they say:”God help those who help themselves” Same way if you back you strengths you are saving loads of time in terms of its wastage by swinging in other’s opinions. Also when you are in your fields be rest assured that you productivity will be A+
9.) Write Intelligent Length Posts: This is a very critical point which a problogger must posses. Your post length should be concentrated on quality rather than quantity. If you are writing on a serivce you have personally used, its fine to be as lenghty as you like. But if you are writing about a service by just copy and pasting content that is a shear waste of time as reader would read all those points on the service website also. But if you are writing on some suggestive ideas or this post of how to? (like this one) should be as explanatory as possbile so that your readers can enjoy your post, that will encourage you to write less but quality rahter than wirte more and quantity.
10.) Maintain Your Health: I know that its difficult to resist temptation once you follow these techniques, I just mentioned. You would always like to do more. But remember P/PC balance in every aspect of your life. Here P stads for Production and PC stands for Producation Capacity. I would summarize this post with this last example. Consider a hen giving A Golden egg each day. The better thing would be to nurture the hen. If we get greedy to fetch all eggs in a single day by killing the hen, then we would be empty handed. So take proprer rest, as Im goig to finsh this point here and retire to bed after posting it for you to read.

Thanks for the excellent ideas. I have found a few things to really work well for me:
Consistency: it’s easy to concentrate on it for a week or two, and then let other things get in the way. I find it much better to schedule it, and sometimes to queue up posts for when I am away and have them automatically posted (as you mentioned in your first article), but sometimes I just have a few drafts saved for a rainy day
I totally agree about the Mind Mapping - I use NovaMind for all my Mind Maps, and find it a great tool
Checking: I find that posts without typos and other errors give much better results. I always use a spell checker when posting, and will get my staff to check really important posts before they go out
Syndication: I try to have as many different ways people can get my information as possible through FeedBurner and other services so that it can be emailed, RSS fed, podcast, embedded etc.

Thanks Anton. NovaMind is a good option but is the paid software. But simple mindmapping can be done by techniques given above.
Syndication can be done via feedblitz also.
