Over the years of my blogging experience I have been asked many times on how a blogger can increase his or her productivity to do Effective blogging. I hereby present this three part series that can help you increase your Productivity more than 10 times to do fast and effective blogging. We have already done Part-I and Part-II. You can read Part- I and Part- II here we go in continuation and present the final Part of How to increase your Productivity 10 times as a blogger for Effective Blogging :

11.) Focus your Niche: You must focus your energies on your strengths and write accordingly. This means that no topic is abstract unless you represent it properly. Why focusing is important because people tend to drag away from their choices after seeing some lucrativeness in other niches. Like if you are a political writer then be it, rather than dragging yourself in tech niche. Because you will lose both as the former your are leaving was your strength and later you are adopting is weak. So be focussed on your Niche which will make you effective in terms of know how of your topics.

12.) Use Wordprocessors: This technique is more like a loop hole plucking. Use of Intelligent word processor like MS Word or online Word Processors like Zoho or Windows Live Writer that would minimize your time in reviewing the grammatical mistakes you might have done in writing a blog post. The word processors also benefit you in giving good words to help you learn more words of English thereby savig your time in their usage for future posts.

13.) Use Speech to text: This is a very effective technique being used by most of the Professional bloggers round the world to reply their emails, write their posts by simply speaking it, rather than writing. There are many softwares for this purpose. But for higher efficiency I recommend, Dragon Pro which is best in this business. Though you might have to pay for purchasing Dragon Pro but it will relieve your heavy load in many online activities.

14.) Use Reverse Psychology: As I have discussed in point 11 that you should focus your energy in your strengths. But even if you are not able to do so let me tell you a good alternative. Consider yourself as a reader of your blog rather than writer. Think that what would you like to read at your blog, then you would in a better position to write. As they say:”Don’t just write a blog for the sake of writing”. This reverse Psychology is very effective in making you choosy and write quality on your blog.

15.) Being Selfish is good: People tend to over expect from blogs they write in terms of revenue Generation. This makes them very fragile by over thinking, thereby losing their own battle yard. Your effective lies in you rather than others. Also to remain focussed consider the fact that you are doing it for yourself rather than others. So being selfish to do more your side is good to you use a supposedly bad quality (selfishness) to your goodness. So only be selfish in blogging not in life
