On-screen keyboard for typing in 18 Indian languages

This is surely much required addition for Indian language enthusiasts who are looking to type their regional language as Google India Labs have unveiled this great on-screen keyboard which allows you to type in 18 Indian languages.

Though the primary function of this igoogle gadget is basically for composing search queries in any of these Indian languages, but we have found a great utility attached with it.

Web developers can now rejoice who don’t need to give additional fonts especially or Punjabi, Hindi websites as this is a Unicode based on screen keyboard.

The keyboard is available in the following languages:
